APTA 2024 | Official Contest Rules

1. Introduction: FlexCare Medical Staffing is sponsoring a giveaway, hereafter known as “Contest,” for an opportunity to win one (1) of two (2) giveaway prize packages or one (1) $1,000 grand prize vacation package. Each giveaway prize package includes FlexCare swag and various non-branded items, with each giveaway prize package valued up to $365.00. The $1,000.00 vacation package includes one (1) $500.00 Southwest gift certificate and one (1) $500.00 Airbnb gift certificate. The Contest is only open to legal United States residents. Entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible. This Contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.

2. Eligibility: Entrant must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States. Entrant must be a registered clinician and complete the short entry form available at the FlexCare Medical Staffing APTA booth, #11093. Entrants must also register for FlexCare 360 to qualify for the grand prize vacation package. Void outside of the United States and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local rules and regulations apply.

3. Contest Period: Eligible entrants can enter to win the Contest one (1) time between February 15, 2024 and February 17, 2024. The Contest will close at 1:00:00 p.m. EST on February 17, 2024.

4. How to Enter:

  • Giveaway Prize Packages: To enter to win a giveaway prize package, entrants must complete a short entry form available at the FlexCare Medical Staffing APTA booth, #11093. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Each eligible form entry received by FlexCare Medical Staffing will count as one (1) entry for the giveaway prize packages. Entrants submitting entries via automated entry devices or programs will be disqualified. FlexCare Medical Staffing is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted, or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human, or electronic. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of entry in the Contest. All entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period to be eligible. Alternatively, entry can be made by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line, “FlexCare – APTA 2024 – Giveaway Prize Package Giveaway Entry.” Email entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period to be eligible. Email entries are limited to one (1) entry per registered clinician.
  • Grand Prize Vacation Packages: To enter the grand prize vacation package, entrants must complete a short entry form available at the FlexCare Medical Staffing APTA booth, #11093, and register for FlexCare 360. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Each eligible form entry received by FlexCare Medical Staffing will count as one (1) entry for the giveaway prizes, and each eligible FlexCare 360 registration will count as one (1) entry for the grand prize vacation packages. Entrants submitting entries via automated entry devices or programs will be disqualified. FlexCare Medical Staffing is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted, or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human, or electronic. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of entry in the Contest. All entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period to be eligible. If an Entrant has already previously registered for FlexCare 360 and is an active user, entry may be completed by messaging their S1NGLEPOINT Recruiter from the FlexCare 360 mobile app with the following message: "Hello from APTA 2024!" Alternatively, entry for the grand prize vacation package can be made by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line, “FlexCare – APTA 2024 – Grand Prize Giveaway Entry.” Email entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period to be eligible. Email entries are limited to one (1) entry per registered clinician.

5. Drawing:

  • Giveaway Prize Packages: Two (2) winners will be drawn each day on February 15, 2024, February 16, 2024, and February 17, 2024, for a total of six (6) winners during the Contest period. Winners will be drawn by 02:00:00 p.m. EST on February 15, 2024 and February 16, 2024, and by 1:00:00 p.m. EST on February 17, 2024. Each winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries by FlexCare Medical Staffing. The decisions of each drawing are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner of each drawing will be notified by SMS text message (hereafter known as “Notification”) between 02:00:00 p.m. EST and 02:45:00 p.m. EST on February 15, 2024 and February 16, 2024, and between 1:00:00 p.m. EST and 1:45:00 p.m. EST on February 17, 2024. The selected winners will have thirty (30) minutes from Notification to claim their prize at the FlexCare Medical Staffing APTA booth, #11093. Each entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions outlined in these Official Contest Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if winner does not claim the prize by the above stated time, rejects the prize, or in the event of non-compliance with these Official Contest Rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. No compensation will be given for prize forfeiture.
  • Grand Prize Vacation Packages: One (1) grand prize winner will be drawn on February 17, 2024. Winner will be drawn by 1:00:00 p.m. EST on February 17, 2024. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries by FlexCare Medical Staffing. The decisions of the drawing is final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by SMS text message (hereafter known as “Notification”) between 1:00:00 p.m. EST and 1:45:00 p.m. EST on February 17, 2024. Prize will be delivered in person to the winner at the FlexCare Medical Staffing APTA booth, #11093.
  • Grand Prize Vacation Packages: The winner will receive a $1,000.00 vacation package that includes one (1) $500.00 Southwest gift certificate and one (1) $500.00 Airbnb gift certificate. No substitutions of prize by the winner are permitted, and FlexCare Medical Staffing reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value due to prize unavailability. Prizes are not redeemable by the prize recipient for cash value. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. 7. Conditions: By participating, entrants and winner(s) agree to release and hold harmless FlexCare Medical Staffing, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotions agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death that may occur in connection with or participation in Contest, or possession, acceptance, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Contest-related activity, and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, and prize delivery.

8. Miscellaneous: A potential winner may be requested to provide FlexCare Medical Staffing with proof that the potential winner is the winning entrant by proof of government or state-issued I.D. showing the full name of the potential winner. Additionally, the referred registered clinician must provide license verification before the potential winner is awarded the prize. FlexCare Medical Staffing assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction of, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. FlexCare Medical Staffing is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by FlexCare Medical Staffing on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest. FlexCare Medical Staffing may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or FlexCare Medical Staffing representatives.

  • CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, FLEXCARE MEDICAL STAFFING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY THE ENTRANT FROM THE CONTEST AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Use of Data: FlexCare Medical Staffing will be collecting personal data about entrants in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review our privacy policy here. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, ENTRANTS HEREBY AGREE TO OUR COLLECTION AND USAGE OF THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED OUR PRIVACY POLICY.
