Eligible clinicians can earn a $250 completion bonus when booking and successfully completing a qualifying assignment with FlexCare. 

To qualify, clinicians must: 

• Previously have completed an assignment with FlexCare 
• Be at least 90+ days removed from their last completed FlexCare assignment 
• Book a new assignment between May 18, 2026 and June 30, 2026 (“New Assignment”) 
• Successfully complete the New Assignment 
• Minimum contract length must be 8 weeks 

Each qualified clinician may receive one $250 bonus, paid after successful completion of the assignment. 

General Terms & Conditions 

By participating in the FlexCare Welcome Back Bonus: Still Fits Edition, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth below (“Terms”).  Any information which you provide us is subject to FlexCare’s Privacy Policy to which you agree to be bound, including FlexCare’s Terms of Use. Collectively with the Terms, the foregoing represents the entire agreement between you and FlexCare in connection with the FlexCare Welcome Back Bonus: Still Fits Edition. 

The Terms set forth herein apply to FlexCare Welcome Back Bonus: Still Fits Edition submitted until such date of any amendments.   

Program Eligibility 

Who is Eligible to Participate? 

Anyone over the age of 18 and who is a resident of the United States and is a: 

1. Clinician who previously successfully completed an assignment with FlexCare 
2. Clinicians who successfully completed. their last FlexCare contract over 90 days prior to their new contract being signed. 
3. Clinician who successfully completes a new assignment (minimum contract: 8 weeks) booked between May 18, 2026 and June 30, 2026. 

Internal staff employees of FlexCare are not eligible to participate. 

Requirements 

Eligible Clinicians must book a New Assignment between May 18, 2026 and June 30, 2026. Clinicians must successfully complete their contracted assignment length. At minimum, the contract length must be 8 weeks in length. 

The Bonus will be paid upon completion of the New Assignment. Qualifying Clinicians may only receive one Bonus, meaning a Clinician cannot receive multiple bonuses for multiple assignments booked between May 18, 2026 and June 30, 2026. 

Bonus Payouts 

FlexCare will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a Clinician is eligible for a bonus payout.  FlexCare reserves the right to disqualify any Clinician at any time for any reason from participation in this Campaign for reasons including but not limited to FlexCare’s good faith belief that the Clinician has violated these Terms, applicable law, or any of FlexCare’s policies.  Clinician agrees to comply with all applicable tax laws in connection to the FlexCare Welcome Back Bonus: Still Fits Edition. 

All bonuses will be paid only to the individual qualifying Clinician and not to any other designated individual, entity, or assignee.  Bonuses shall not be paid in connection with any contract assignment extension even when such extension occurs during the applicable May 18, 2026 through June 30, 2026 timeframe. 

Once the recruiter logs completion of the New Assignment by the Clinician , the bonus will be paid to the Clinician after the last week that the Clinician successfully completed the scheduled assignment. Clinician must successfully complete the New Assignment as contracted in order to receive the bonus. However, in the event the Qualified Clinician does not complete the New Assignment due to cancellation by the facility (not because of the resignation or otherwise due to the actions of the Clinician) but begins a separate New Assignment within 30 days of the last date of the first assignment, Clinician shall be eligible for a bonus per the terms herein after the Clinician has successfully completed the subsequent New Assignment. 

No additional bonuses will be paid in connection with the FlexCare Welcome Back Bonus: Still Fits Edition except as provided herein.   

Limitations of Liability 

To the extent permitted by applicable law and except as otherwise herein provided, you agree to release FlexCare and you agree that FlexCare shall not be liable for any amounts owed to you or your assigns including for direct, special, punitive, indirect or consequential damages in connection with the FlexCare Welcome Back Bonus: Still Fits Edition. FlexCare’s maximum liability in connection with the FlexCare Welcome Back Bonus: Still Fits Edition shall be limited to any amounts owed to you in connection with the Bonus.        

Modifications and Jurisdiction 

FlexCare reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of California, and the proper jurisdiction for any dispute shall be Placer County.
