Healthcare's Favorite Coworker Referral Bonus Terms & Conditions
Everyone has that coworker.
The one you'd gladly work another shift with. The one who always has your back. The one who deserves more earnings, more flexibility, and more opportunity.
Healthcare's Favorite Coworker is our way of rewarding great clinicians for helping great clinicians discover FlexCare.
From July 6, 2026, to July 31, 2026, eligible referrers can earn a $500 referral bonus when their referral completes a qualifying assignment. Eligible referred clinicians can earn a $1,000 Welcome Bonus when they join FlexCare and complete a qualifying assignment.
