If you’ve previously completed an assignment with FlexCare but haven’t worked with us in the past 12 months, you could qualify for our Winter Welcome Back Bonus. You are eligible if you:
- Have successfully completed a contract with FlexCare in the past
- Have completed your last FlexCare contract over 365 days prior to your new contract being signed
- Book a new assignment between October 1 – December 31, 2025 (“New Assignment”)
- Successfully complete your New Assignment (minimum contract must be 8 weeks)
Each qualified clinician can earn one $500 bonus, paid out after your assignment is successfully completed.

Winter Welcome Back Bonus Campaign Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Winter Welcome Back Bonus Campaign, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth in the Winter Welcome Back Bonus Campaign, including the terms below (“Terms”). Any information which you provide us is subject to FlexCare’s Privacy Policy to which you agree to be bound, including FlexCare’s Terms of Use. Collectively with the Terms, the foregoing represents the entire agreement between you and FlexCare in connection with the Winter Welcome Back Bonus Campaign.
The Terms set forth herein apply to Winter Welcome Back Bonus Campaign submitted until such date of any amendments to the Winter Welcome Back Bonus Campaign.
Program Eligibility
Who is Eligible to Participate?
Anyone over the age of 18 and who is a resident of the United States and is a:
- Clinician who previously successfully completed an assignment with FlexCare
- Clinicians who successfully completed their last FlexCare contract over 365 days prior to their new contract being signed.
- Clinician who successfully completes a new assignment booked between October 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
Internal staff employees of FlexCare are not eligible to participate.
Requirements
Eligible Clinicians must book a New Assignment between October 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. Clinicians must successfully complete their contracted assignment length. At minimum, the contract length must be 8 weeks in length.
The Bonus will be paid upon completion of the New Assignment. Qualifying Clinicians may only receive one Bonus, meaning a Clinician cannot receive multiple bonuses for multiple assignments booked between October 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.
Bonus Payouts
FlexCare will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a Clinician is eligible for a bonus payout. FlexCare reserves the right to disqualify any Clinician at any time for any reason from participation in thise Campaign for reasons including but not limited to FlexCare’s good faith belief that the Clinician has violated these Terms, applicable law, or any of FlexCare’s policies. Clinician agrees to comply with all applicable tax laws in connection to the Winter Welcome Back Bonus Campaign.
All bonuses will be paid only to the individual qualifying Clinician and not to any other designated individual, entity, or assignee. Bonuses shall not be paid in connection with any contract assignment extension even when such extension occurs during the applicable October 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 timeframe.
Once the recruiter logs completion of the New Assignment by the Clinician , the bonus will be paid to the Clinician after the last week that the Clinician successfully completed the scheduled assignment. Clinician must successfully complete the New Assignment as contracted in order to receive the bonus. However, in the event the Qualified Clinician does not complete the New Assignment due to cancellation by the facility (not because of the resignation or otherwise due to the actions of the Clinician) but begins a separate New Assignment within 30 days of the last date of the first assignment, Clinician shall be eligible for a bonus per the terms herein after the Clinician has successfully completed the subsequent New Assignment.
No additional bonuses will be paid in connection with the Winter Welcome Back Bonus Campaign except as provided herein.
Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law and except as otherwise herein provided, you agree to release FlexCare and you agree that FlexCare shall not be liable for any amounts owed to you or your assigns including for direct, special, punitive, indirect or consequential damages in connection with the Winter Welcome Back Bonus Campaign. FlexCare’s maximum liability in connection with the Winter Welcome Back Bonus Campaign shall be limited to any amounts owed to you in connection with the Winter Welcome Back Bonus Campaign.
Modifications and Jurisdiction
FlexCare reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of California, and the proper jurisdiction for any dispute shall be Placer County.
