From October 1 through October 31, our $1,000 Welcome Bonus is back by popular demand, along with the $500 Referral Bonus for the people who make the introduction.
If your referral joins FlexCare and completes a qualifying 13+ week assignment:
- They could earn a $1,000 Welcome Bonus.
- You could earn a $500 Referral Bonus.

Who do you know?
Think about the clinicians you've worked alongside. The friend from nursing school who keeps asking about travel. The coworker who's ready for a change of scenery. The colleague who deserves more flexibility, better pay, or simply a recruiter who listens.
If they work in a nursing, allied health, or therapy specialty and are brand new to FlexCare, they could qualify. And there's no limit, so refer as many qualified clinicians as you'd like.
How it works
- Refer a friend by October 31. Submit their information through our referral form.
- They start by December 31, 2026. Your friend doesn't need to start in October. They just need to begin their first FlexCare assignment by the end of the year.
- You both get paid. Once they complete a 13+ week assignment, they could earn $1,000 and you could earn $500.
