As a FlexCare traveler, you’ll get a call from Clinical Services the week prior to the first day of your assignment, so you know who we are and how to reach us. If anything comes up—navigating coworker issues, communication challenges, or feeling isolated—just ask your recruiter to connect you with our Clinical Services team. They’ll listen, share what we’ve seen work, and help you find a path forward.

Once you’re a FlexCare traveler, you'll get a call from our Clinical Services team a week before your first assignment. After that, reaching out is simple: just let your recruiter know you’d like to connect, and they’ll loop in Clinical Services. Whether it’s day one or week eight, support is just a request away.
