FlexCare’s Referral Program for Nurses, Allied Clinicians & Therapists is the true passport to possibilities
If you’ve experienced the freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment of travel healthcare, you know just how transformative it can be. Whether you're working in a fast-paced urban trauma center or a serene rural clinic, travel assignments allow you to grow your skills while seeing the country and getting paid well to do it.
Now imagine helping someone else take that same leap.
Through “Passport to Possibilities,” Flexcare is inviting you to refer friends, peers, and former classmates who are ready for more. It’s your chance to empower their career journey, unlock meaningful rewards, and build a stronger care community, one meaningful connection at a time.
Why You Connecting the Dots Matters
You’ve walked the walk; now help someone else start their path.
Each referral you make is more than an introduction. It’s a vote of confidence in someone’s potential. You’re helping them:

- Discover a work-life balance many only dream of
- Be supported by the best agency in the business
Whether they're interested in becoming a travel nurse, exploring travel therapy, or joining the growing network of allied health professionals in motion, your recommendation can change the course of their career.
And for you? Every successful referral earns a bonus and spot in your FlexCare passport, a tangible symbol of the people you've empowered and the legacy you’re building in this industry.
How It Works
Referring with FlexCare is easy and rewarding. Here’s how to get started:

How the FlexCare Referral Program Works
Who can I refer to the FlexCare referral program?
You can refer any licensed registered nurse, therapist, or allied health professional eligible for travel assignments. If they qualify and complete a placement, you earn a reward.
Do I need to be working on an active assignment to refer?
Nope. Whether you’re currently on assignment, between contracts, or simply a fan of FlexCare, you can refer at any time.
When will I receive my referral bonus?
Bonuses are awarded after your referral completes their first FlexCare assignment. You’ll be notified, but you can also check in with your recruiter for a status update.
Is there a limit on how many referrals I can make?
There’s no cap! The more clinicians you refer, the more lives you impact, and the more bonuses you earn.
What is the definition of an allied health professional?
Allied health professionals are licensed clinicians who support diagnosis, recovery, and quality of life outside of nursing or physician roles. This includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, imaging techs, respiratory therapists, and others, all eligible for referral.
