You can refer any licensed registered nurse, therapist, or allied health professional eligible for travel assignments. If they qualify and complete a placement, you earn a reward. 

Do I need to be working on an active assignment to refer? 

Nope. Whether you’re currently on assignment, between contracts, or simply a fan of FlexCare, you can refer at any time. 

When will I receive my referral bonus? 

Bonuses are awarded after your referral completes their first FlexCare assignment. You’ll be notified, but you can also check in with your recruiter for a status update. 

Is there a limit on how many referrals I can make? 

There’s no cap! The more clinicians you refer, the more lives you impact, and the more bonuses you earn. 

What is the definition of an allied health professional? 

Allied health professionals are licensed clinicians who support diagnosis, recovery, and quality of life outside of nursing or physician roles. This includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, imaging techs, respiratory therapists, and others, all eligible for referral.
