What Is Clinical Services?
FlexCare’s Clinical Services team is made up of experienced nurses and nurse leaders who are there to help you navigate tough situations you may encounter as a travel nurse, travel allied pro, or travel therapist. They’re here to make sure you feel safe and supported throughout your assignment.
As a FlexCare traveler, you’ll get a call from Clinical Services the week prior to the first day of your assignment, so you know who we are and how to reach us. If anything comes up—navigating coworker issues, communication challenges, or feeling isolated—just ask your recruiter to connect you with our Clinical Services team. They’ll listen, share what we’ve seen work, and help you find a path forward.
It’s one of the unique benefits of working with FlexCare—real support from experienced nurses who’ve walked in your shoes.
